This video was a very special video, its showing an example of escapism. A group of young black youths getting together to make this video; this is signifying discrimination too. Its a very clever video as each individual singer has exactly 21 seconds on their verse; which is why the name given to the song is 21 Seconds. So Solid Crew being young and talented british band of a collective group.
